CNC & Machining Facility
Originally this facility was used as a ‘secondary operation’ facility to support our Fineblanking section which we regarded as our primary area of expertise.
We have identified the need to escalate our marketing strategy promoting this facility in its own right.
The process is equally controlled for quality, based on our ‘Zero PPM’ strategy, ensuring the timely delivery of high-accuracy machined parts.
Our CNC & Machining compliment includes Six CNC Milling Machines, Thirteen CNC Lathes, One EDM Spark-Eroder, and Three EDM Wire-Eroders, Automatic lathes & Auto Cams, Tapping Machines & Drill Presses and a Robot Welding Station
A summary of parts we manufacture includes machined parts for geysers, pneumatic tooling, valve housings, furniture, petrol pumps, roller bearing wheels, including flanges and other parts for automotive, mining, petrochemical.
